Listing terms

1. Who can list

Listings are for trade businesses based within 20 km of Raglan township. You confirm your business meets this when you sign up.

2. Price and billing

A directory listing costs NZ$20 per month, billed monthly by card through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up. We are not GST registered, so no GST is charged.

3. Review

Your listing goes live once payment is confirmed. We review all listings after they go live.

4. Removal for eligibility

If we find your business is not based within 20 km of Raglan, we will remove your listing and cancel your subscription. Where your location is unclear, we will contact you before removing it.

5. First month non-refundable

The first month's fee covers setting up and reviewing your listing. It is not refunded if your listing is removed because you do not meet the eligibility rule, or for any other reason.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your Tradie Dashboard. Your listing stays live until the end of the month you have paid for; we do not refund part months.

7. Your contact details

Your phone number and email address are visible on your directory profile to customers signed in to a free customer account. They are not shown to signed-out visitors. Customers can contact you directly using those details.

8. Suspension

We may suspend listings that receive credible complaints or misuse the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you before changes take effect.

10. Business use

This service is supplied for business purposes. To the extent the law allows, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.
